Toshiba released the first ultrabook, Toshiba Portege Z830 which uses an Intel Core ultra low voltage (ULV) second generation and has a thickness of only 15.99 mm. It is weight only 1.12 kg and it supported by Solid State Drive (SSD) 128 GB so that also makes Toshiba Portege Z830 thinner. Toshiba Portege Z830 uses magnesium alloy casing of the material to be lighter and more powerful. It has called Honeycomb Rib design that makes it more shock-resistant and resistant to water spills. It gives time to turn off the laptop and protect the data stored before powering off. The screen size of 13.3-inch LED backlit and it has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and supported by an Intel Core i5 or i7 series and RAM (standard) to 6 GB.
To support the connection, Toshiba Portege Z830 is equipped with two USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0 port, HDMI and VGA out, and WiFi 802.11 b / g / n. In addition, there is a 1.3 MP Webcam and fingerprint scanner security features and battery life to last up to 8 hours
